- 5/5/08 - Core Variables Database Version 2 Now Available
- 2/7/07 - Release of HPS Core Variables Access Database
For providers planning to use the HPS-designed Access database to track and report on the core variables, the database is complete and ready for installation. Your Program Manager will be contacting you to set up an installation appointment, and your consultant will contact you to schedule a training for staff. The Users' Guide and Managers' Guide to help you learn and use the database.

Announcing Changes to the Core Variables Requirements
The HPS has made some important changes to the core variables requirements. Be sure to read the memo, and download the updated core variables manual and data dictionary.

The HIV Prevention Section has recently introduced a number of new initiatives and projects, including the Disclosure Initiative and the core variables requirement for HERR and PWP providers. What You'll Find Here
This section of the website was developed to assist organizations
in the development of your contracts, and contains all of the necessay forms and information you will need to complete your contracts. There are also tools to help your agency with budget revisions, in addition to general information
regarding details you will need to know to know to conduct business with
the City and County of San Franciscso.
All contract forms and instructions are located on the Contract Instructions & Forms web page. You can either download the instructions and forms individually, or download all of them in a single "zipped" file. Since most of the contract instructions and many of the forms change infrequently, you may only need to download individual files rather than the entire set.
