2009 Points of Integration Between Prevention & Care Committee
(The committee meets 1st Monday of every month from 3:00 - 5:00 PM.)
Focus:
- This is a joint committee of the HIV Health Services Planning Council and the HIV Prevention Planning Council.
- Provide guidance to HPPC consultant (Harder & Co.) on the structure and approach of the next Epidemiology Chapter.
- Review and approve draft Epidemiology Chapter for inclusion in the HIV Prevention Plan.
- Continue work on developing best practices for Prevention with Positives in San Francisco, ensuring that community members, providers, and other stakeholders participate in the process.
